As a Sea Smart subscriber you can use your boat's VHF to direct dial our marine operators, who will then patch your call through to anyone in the continental U.S., with no call limits or overage charges. Ship-to-shore phone calls are now available. With the key of your VHF's mic, you're connected.

Connect to Marine Assistance
The Sea Smart network is comprised of large, coastal "high site" radio towers that connect, via RoIP (the Internet), to a national operations center manned by marine dispatchers and licensed captains 24-hours a day. Your boat's location is regularly tracked by our Web-based charting software.

As a Sea Smart subscriber, should you ever need assistance on the water, you will be directly connected to our marine assistance professionals with your boat's exact location. Greater "Peace of Mind on the Water"™ is now available. With Sea Smart, you're connected.

Connect to Home
Sea Smart's Automatic Vessel Location (AVL) capability lets land-locked loved ones track your boat's exact location right from your home computer. No more worrying the family if your fishing sojourns take you into the deep blue or off to the secluded hot spots where your cell has no coverage.

As a Sea Smart subscriber, you will receive your own, unique MMSI number that contains all your boat's pertinent information. And because your DSC-enabled VHF is connected to your GPS, Sea Smart can send that information directly to your home or office computer. Vessel location, trip tracking and poll positioning are now available. With a click of the mouse, you're connected.

Innovation Through Application
The most innovative aspect of Sea Smart's service is its ability to use your boat's existing equipment to provide a much needed application for your DSC-enabled VHF — a reliable communications connection.
